INTRODUCTION:
The BA is a three years course ifyou study full time. It requires the successful completion of 24 subjects worth12.5-point each. This is total 300 points. You can chose to specialise in oneor two disciplines from a list of over 30 Fields of study. You may study onemajor, two major or one major and one minor. A major will usually consist toeight subjects worth 100 points. A minor will usually consist to six subjectsworth 75 points. In the first year, you will select a maximum two subjects froma choice of six Arts foundation subjects. These subjects will develop academicskills which are required for high achievement throughout the degree adintroduce you to different study areas available in Arts. Over three yours, youcan choose to study four, five or six of these subject.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
Minimum qualification isintermediate examination of High School & intermediate Board U.P., C.B.S.EBoard or 10+2 level examination or any equivalent examination with 45% marks(relaxation of 5% i.e. 40% marks for SC/ST candidates). Admission shall be madeas per University and / or state Government rules.
FEE STRUCTURE:
The fee structure shall beapplicable as per the norms of Government of Uttar Pradesh / CCS University,Meerut.
